118 24 7 is our 24 hours a day, seven days a week, telephone-based information service that targets callers seeking information on businesses and services over the phone. Our ‘Talking Pages’ product was launched nationally in 1994 and Yellow Pages 118 24 7 replaced it in 2003. Now known as 118 24 7, the service provides accurate, up-to-date business and residential telephone listings.Callers explain their needs to trained operators who search our extensive database to find matching product or service providers, or the appropriate business or residential number. Callers then choose to be connected to the selected number, to have the number read out, or to have it sent by text to their mobile phone.
118 24 7 has a database of approximately 2.3 million product and service providers, UK-wide residential listings, and detailed information provided by businesses who have taken the opportunity to advertise with the service. Advertisers can include specific information about their business, which can be updated at any time - making the service ideal for promoting particular products and seasonal or special offers.
118 24 7 has been ranked number one for service quality since April 2006 in the independent industry monitor run by Performance House.
