Yellow Pages 118 24 7 Advertising

March 2007

Yellow Pages 118 24 7
Ahead of Mother's Day Yellow Pages 118 24 7 has launched a national radio campaign, running from 1 - 13 March. The ads are largely targeted at men, tapping into the insight that men tend to leave everything to the last minute, with potentially detrimental results. Three ads have been created, with the first one communicating that Mother's day is approaching, the second one announcing that there is only a week to go, and the last one has a greater sense of urgency as it reminds everyone that there are only 5 days to go. Using the voice of Adam Buxton (of the Adam and Joe show and XFm) the ads are 40 seconds long, using humour to convey the messaging.

April 2006

A new TV ad launched for Yellow Pages 118 24 7. The ad featuring James Nesbitt as 'James' sees him in a bit of a tight spot whilst he is out and about, and he calls 118 24 7 to help him out of his situation.

November 2005

Two new radio commercials were added to the campaign in November. The ads were designed to support our TV activity and to inform users that Yellow Pages 118 24 7 is the best UK 118 service, as awarded by the independent Performance House service monitor 118tracker.com in September 2005. We also promoted the 'Best Service Award' via a national outdoor poster campaign.

The adverts, 'Ruby Murray' and 'Michael' can be heard, and the poster artwork can be viewed, via the links below:
