Our main products are our ‘Yellow Pages’ business-to-consumer printed classified directories. In the UK these are known as Yellow Pages; in the US as Yellowbook; and in Spain, Argentina and Peru as Paginas Amarillas. In Chile they are know as Las Amarillas de Publiguias.
We also offer:
- Business-to-business directories in the UK, Spain and Argentina
- ‘White pages’ directories - alphabetical listings of residential and business numbers, in Spain, Chile and Argentina
- Other specialist directories, neighbourhood directories and ‘pocket’ or ‘car’ directories for users out and about, in Spain and Latin America
The web - our online products
We offer online advertising and search, primarily through websites based around our printed directories, but with the additional facilities and flexibility offered by the online medium. Our key websites include Yell.com (UK), yellowbook.com (US), PaginasAmarillas.es (Spain), PaginasAmarillas.com.ar (Argentina), Amarillas.cl (Chile) and PaginasAmarillas.com.pe (Peru). Online facilities are also generally available through mobile devices and we offer specialist websites covering popular search topics such as hotels and restaurants, online white pages sites and sites featuring detailed maps.
The phone – our voice products
Yell Group offers operator-assisted telephone directory services, featuring business and residential listings, in the UK (118 24 7), Spain (11888) and Chile (700 222).
