The award recognises our July 2006 acquisition of Spanish directories business TPI (now called Yell Publicidad). The judges were impressed by our consistent strategic approach and ability to apply common IT and business strategies. | Yell wins Green Champion Award 2006. This award recognises the environmental programme developed to maintain our ISO 14001 status. Initiatives such as using lighter paper with higher recycled content in Yellow Pages directories through to improving opportunities to recycle old Yellow Pages directories, all combined to help us win this top environmental accolade. | |
